Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery time is 10–20 business days, depending on destination and carrier.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track the package.
International Shipping
Option A — U.S. only
At this time, Zarvely does not ship outside of the United States.
Option B — International available
Zarvely offers international shipping to selected countries. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and will be shown at checkout.
Delays
Delivery times may occasionally be delayed due to high order volumes, carrier backlogs, customs processing, weather, or other issues beyond our control. We appreciate your patience.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package appears lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please email us at zarvelyco@gmail.com with your order number and tracking details. We will open a ticket with the carrier and assist you with next steps in accordance with carrier policies.
